Return and Exchange Policy

Returns Policy

We follow a 10-day return/exchange policy, which gives the customer an option to return/exchange products purchased on our website for any reason within 10 days of receipt. However, claims, with regard to shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through the contact us page on the website or by mailing us @ info@glamorasworld.com. Please attach a few images of the product for providing a quick resolution.  

We encourage customers to make unboxing video for a quick resolution to customers in cases where they have received short quantity, damaged or a different product.

Products not eligible for Exchange/Return: For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return or exchange of the following products.

  • Briefs, Panties, shapewear
  • Multi piece sets or Combo products that includes panties
  • Adhesive Bras
  • Accessories

Conditions under Which Products Not Eligible for Return/ Exchange

We don’t accept returns/ exchange of products that fall under the following categories:

  • Worn products
  • Products that have been washed or altered
  • Products with missing tags and original packing
  • Soiled/ stained products
  • Products that emit perfume/ lotion fragrance or body odour
  • Products bought during clearance sale, seasonal offers, promotional offers, coupon codes, and other special offers unless they are faulty/ damaged.

Please Note: The above-mentioned products are not eligible for return/exchange and will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense

Refund:

After we receive the returned product, we will do a quality check and once product passes the quality check, we will credit the amount in your desired mode of payment within 3-5 working days. Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if any) will not be refunded.

Please Note: Products which don’t meet return/exchange conditions will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense

Exchange:

After we receive the returned product, we will do a quality check and once product passes the quality check, we will issue a credit note to the customer. The credit note can be used by the customer to buy any product on our website within 90 days of issue of credit note. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if any) will be deducted while issuing the credit note.
